A trial balance that does not balance means total debits do not equal total credits, and it always has a cause rather than being a rounding issue.
Check the period first. A range starting mid-year excludes opening balances and appears unbalanced when the books are correct.
Check that you are looking at the whole business rather than one center. Some transactions move value between centers, so a single center can be unbalanced by design while the business balances.
If the full business over a full year does not balance, that is a genuine problem. Start a chat with the period and the difference and we will investigate with you.
